Position Overview

The Sales Associate role is to provide excellent customer service, to both customers and consignors. The main role of a Sales Associate is to intake items for consignment, share product knowledge to successfully connect people to products, clean or organize the store, and provide a warm and welcoming place for both customers and other employees. They work alone or with a small team to perform all day tasks as outlined below.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer experience, including connecting people to products
• Consignment management
• Cash handling
• Answering the phone
• Store organization and cleanliness
• Create a safe, inclusive and uplifting work environment
• Gives and receives kind and constructive feedback

We are looking for:

• 1+ years in customer service
• Attention to detail
• Capable of providing excellent customer service
• Responsible and takes pride in their role
• Strong communicator
• Problem solver
• Ability to maneuver, lift and carry up to 50lbs, and stand for the duration of shirt
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and work weekends

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
